Please take the time to read my terms of use before using any graphics on my site. These terms are subject to change at my discretions, so please check back on a regular basis.

1. Please do not steal my layout graphics, or pirate the coding.

2. Should you use ANY of my graphics, a link back is required on the same page where the graphic resides. You may link to me using a text link, or you can use one of my link banners located on the 'Linkage' page.

3. When using my Props, Line Art, or Bases, you may edit them as much as you want. Feel free to resize, colorize, add to, flip, mirror . . . etc. All I ask is that you remember to credit me.

4. Do not take pieces of my graphics or someone else's graphics, and meld them together to make a different graphic. This is called frankendolling and is wrong.

5. Should you edit my doll bases, please send me the edited base. This way I can place it on an 'Edits' page so others can use it. Please do not place it on your site, or call it your own.

6. If you are adopting one of my dolls, please credit me on the same page as the doll. Do not enter my dolls into contests, or claim them as your own.

7. Do NOT direct link my graphics!

8. Do not edit or alter my dolls in any way. They were made by me, and as such should stay the way they are.

9. Do not take any of my graphics, make changes to them, and call them your own. For example, You can not take my brooms and alter the handle or end, and say it is yours. You must credit me for the original base.

NOTE:

A few of my old Line Art and Props have been removed from my site, such as my Wands and School Uniform Bundle. This is because I no longer wish them to be used by the public. Should you have these bases saved, please do not redistribute them without my permission.

Should you wish to use any of my 'retired' Props or Line Art, please email me, and tell me what you wish to use it for. Should I deem the use acceptable, I will allow you to use the graphic. However, the above terms will need to be adhered to, along with any other terms I feel necessary to your situation.
